I recommend Snippy, it's always worked perfectly and trouble-free..
I have used Snippy for years. It has always worked exactly as promised.
I use Snippy a lot in my hobbies, one of which is transcribing old documents for the World Archives Project. I can take one small area of an image, adjust contrast, etc., with the tools I have available, and that makes transcribing easier. My other hobby involves capturing areas of maps, as well as lists of requests, so I can plan out trips to find and photograph requested headstones for Findagrave.
I've never had an issue with it working exactly as promised, and every download has worked very well. Every new PC or laptop I get, I immediately download Snippy! More
